The Board has hired a Project Manager “Sullivan Construction Management” to oversee the Association’s wrought iron fence repair and paint project. Therefore, SCM will be utilizing MC Painting to perform the site survey of the metal fencing.

The tentative dates of inspection will be October 22 through October 26, 2018. These dates are subject to change due to inclement weather, etc. Inspection hours to be between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

MC Painting inspectors will be wearing logo shirts identifying themselves. Due to the nature of the metal fencing, inspectors are able to inspect the system without yard access.
