Seeking Volunteers for Traffic Calming Committee

Due to recent residential incidents and speeding in and around our neighborhoods, the Board, with homeowner input agree to establish a committee to research traffic and speed calming initiatives appropriate for our community. This committee will work with the City of Carlsbad who owns, manages, and regulates the majority of LCO streets and has a dedicated program for Residential Traffic Management which takes a graduated, three-phrase approach to help control speeding on Carlsbad streets.

Amenities Committee Want your Input

In order to improve community participation and neighborhood appeal, the Board of Directors have recently established an Amenities Committee made up of several volunteers (owners) from across our communities (North, West, South). The committee’s mission is to assist the LCO HOA Board by identifying and quantifying opportunities to provide incremental, valued amenities in La Costa Oaks. Any improvements will ultimately be decided by the Board through the normal procedures of the association.
